AI RESEARCH SCHOOL

The AI Research School (AIRS) is an online program that aims to encourage equity deserving groups to participate in AI research. The program has two phases. In phase one, students have the opportunity to (1) gain hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning research, (2) interact with current highly successful graduate students and postdocs from underrepresented groups who utilize AI for their research, (3) gain mentorship from academia and industry researchers, and (4) plan for or develop a strong application for graduate school. In phase two, students have the option to participate in an AI research project alongside mentors to get some first-hand research experience.

Students have the option to register for both phases or just phase one. Certificates of completion will be awarded for each phase of the program.
